Yoga Warriors

This class will give kids an opportunity to learn and practice yoga poses in a fun, engaging, and noncompetitive way. We also practice Partner poses(sibling, parent welcome), Sun Salutations, Pranayamas. We learn Mindfulness exercises, Breathing techniques, and end the session with short Relaxation and Meditation.
