Partner with your little one (walking – 5), in a fun and an engaging YogaTots class. Together, we’ll practice yoga postures, mindfulness, and fun breathing exercises by playing and imitating animals, nature, and using creative expression, games, storytelling that will help strengthen coordination, flexibility, focus and build body awareness.
