Happy Hatha Hour
FRIDAY 6:30AM PDT
In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body. Complete relaxation and balance are the goals as we make a full circuit with the body’s range of motion with Standing, Sitting, Prone and Supine postures. We also practice Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), Pranayamas (Breathing and Relaxation exercises), followed by Meditation.
Class Level: All levels
Ease/Intensity: Moderate – you’ll get a great workout (and still have energy after class)
Props: Blocks & blankets recommended
